Entre-Deux-Monts

Green Practice

-Respect for Nature: the winery prioritizes working in harmony with the local terroir, ensuring minimal environmental impact while maintaining high-quality grape production. -Climate Adaptation: given Belgium’s cooler climate, they focus on grape varieties that thrive in these conditions, such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Auxerrois. -Biodiversity & Landscape Integration: the winery is designed to blend seamlessly into the Heuvelland region, preserving local biodiversity.

Sustainable infrastructure (investments in solar panels, rainwater reuse, and full thermal insulation contribute to reducing their carbon footprint) and sustainable packaging (they have adopted lighter bottles and recycled cardboard, minimizing waste and energy consumption)
