The winemaking process is 100% natural. The vineyard is cultivated with the utmost care for Mother Nature across each of the 3 hectares of vineyards spread over 3 different plots, where a total of 5,000 vines are planted.
Production of still, dry wines from German and Austrian grape varieties such as Frühburgunder, Blauer Zweigelt, Acolon, Regent, and Auxerrois. Those who work on these lands have undergone training in oenology and viticulture at the Ghent Wine Academy.
