Wijndomein Aldeneyck

Green Practice

-Reduced yield for higher quality: the yield is limited to approximately 45 hl/ha (below Grand Cru standards), focusing on healthy grapes and optimal ripeness to produce more concentrated and higher-quality wines. -Careful winemaking process: the winery uses modern technologies (computerized pneumatic pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation, French oak barrels) and limits the use of chemicals, maintaining high quality in a sustainable manner.

-Microclimate regulation: taking advantage of the vineyard's proximity to the river, gravelly soil, and site layout to protect vines from frost and encourage better grape ripening. -Low-impact winemaking process: no chemical products are used in the winery; barrels are cleaned with steam, crossflow filtration is used, and wines are vegan (produced without animal-based fining agents).
